Bryce is a results-driven Strength & Conditioning Coach who blends science, performance, and pain management into one seamless training experience. With a B.S. in Exercise Science from Lasell University, Bryce brings an evidence-based approach to every client he works with — from general population adults looking to move and feel better, to competitive athletes striving for peak performance.
What sets Bryce apart is his ability to bridge the gap between fitness and rehabilitation. He understands that many general population clients aren’t just chasing aesthetics — they’re navigating past injuries, chronic tightness, or recurring pain. His programs are designed to restore proper movement patterns, build resilience, and create sustainable strength that carries over into everyday life.
Currently coaching at Discover Movement, Bryce designs individualized programs rooted in detailed strength assessments and movement analysis. He specializes in integrating strength development with corrective exercise strategies, helping clients not only build muscle and power — but eliminate pain, improve mobility, and prevent injury. By utilizing Velocity-Based Training and performance metrics, he ensures clients train smarter, not just harder.

Bryce’s experience spans private training, collegiate strength and conditioning with Babson College Athletics, and years as a Division III lacrosse athlete at Lasell University and New England College — where he was a multi-time Conference Champion and earned Rookie of the Week honors.
For athletes, Bryce emphasizes performance testing, Olympic lift technique, power development, and injury prevention. For adults, he focuses on longevity, functional strength, and confidence in movement. In both settings, his coaching style is detail-oriented, motivating, and relationship-driven.
