Private
Training

Our private training service is designed for individuals who value expert guidance, personalized programming, and measurable progress. Whether you are new to strength training, returning after time away, managing past injuries, or simply ready for a more focused approach, private training provides the structure and support to help you move forward with confidence.
Small Group Personal Training
Discover Movements version of small group training holds an individualized approach. it’s a close supplement to one-on-one personal training and something that Discover Movement has implemented for a long time. Our small group training allows for the same personalized workouts and coaching, tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle, but at a lower price point. Our number one goal is to get people training consistently, because it is the only way to get results. Small group training allows people to access high end coaching multiple days per week.
Mobility
Training
For those dealing with a lack of flexibility, reduced range of motion, or painful joints, private mobility coaching will be right for you. Work with a mobility specialist in a private studio space. We will start with a movement assessment and get to the root of the issue.
We will custom build your journey to better movement and health by targeting specific areas. Our goal is to improve joint strength and health, decrease pain, and future proof the body. Mobility coaching is offered privately (1 on 1) or in a semi private class (up to 3).
Orthopedic Massage Therapy
Work with a highly trained orthopedic massage therapist for pain management, performance, or general recovery. Our manual work is more like physical therapy than typical relaxation massage. Show up to your session in something comfortable that we can work around and that you can move around in.
We practice using deep tissue, active release, myofascial, Graston, cupping, and more. Our massage sessions often include movement and bodyweight exercises in order to create lasting changes in every session.
Assisted Stretch Therapy
Discover Movement is a fitness & recovery company that uses a personalized approach to all of its training and treatments in order to achieve lasting results.
We offer 1-on-1 assisted stretch therapy as a way to implement hands on work to our clients, which is used to create lasting change.
small group Mobility training
Create freedom in your joints and gain control of your body. Join one of our mobility classes in a private studio space. Learn how to increase your movement capacity using bodyweight and mobility training equipment Group training classes are lead by a certified functional movement coach.
We maintain a max of 6 clients in a small group in order to provide plenty of individualization.
Titleist Performance Golf Fitness
TPI golf fitness focuses on creating a body that can produce a physically efficient swing. We do not just want to improve your game, we want to protect you from injury and allow you to play the game you love for a very long time. A detailed swing specific movement assessment will identify where we need to focus our efforts.
Areas with physical limitations, weaknesses, or lacking in sufficient power will be uncovered and then targeted in our custom golf fitness program.
