We offer a free 30 minute session which includes your initial interview and tour of our space. If we are a good fit, our first official paid session will follow and includes an assessment, a workout or an orthopedic treatment if you are a manual therapy client. We are open to answering questions any time via email, text, or phone call.

After your first session, your coach will recommend a plan going forward. Number of sessions will depend on you and your goals. Recommendations will also vary depending on if you're seeing us for pain management or fitness training.

Our team members are nationally certified strength and conditioning coaches with degrees ranging from bachelors to masters degree in exercise and physiology. We hold many years of experience working as both fitness and rehabilitation coaches with average adults to olympic athletes, and everything in between.

Discover Movement coaches come from a variety of health and fitness fields. For this reason, we do not attract a specific demographic. We have worked with high school athletes, middle age adults, police officers, military, Boston Symphony Orchestra musicians, Olympic rowers, etc. There really isn’t a specific audience.

Per our cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule or cancel your session we require 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel or reschedule your session within 24 hours, you will be charged for the session.

No, our team is made up of strength and conditioning coaches and orthopedic massage therapists. Sessions utilize both backgrounds to create safe and effective training or movement coaching sessions. Client goals range from pain management to high performance training. If you think you may have a tear or acute injury, please consult your doctor or physical therapist before starting with us.
