Small Group Mobility training
Small group mobility training is a great way to improve your range of motion and flexibility. While large group classes often limit customization and coaching freedom, a small group allows for each client to work on their specific mobility goals. Our coaching style will emphasize movement quality in each and every drill. Our job is to challenge your range of motion and help you to break through restrictions.
We like to mix things up using a variety of equipment. Expect to practice bodyweight mobility exercises and also use some equipment that will be new to you.
