Small Group Personal Training
Our small group personal training was created so that our clients could have a more affordable solution to building lean muscle while improving mobility and performance. We focus on mobility work, lifting weights, and improving cardiovascular health. Groups will range from 4-6 people with coaches creating structured and adaptable monthly programs. Don’t worry about this being your typical class with an overcrowded room and an ineffective coach to client ratio. All training is planned for each individual and a coach will always over-see your training. Our goal is to provide safe, effective, fun and challenging workouts that you’ll never get bored of. Build strength, muscle, and confidence week in and week out with a small group of like minded individuals.
After many years of experience, we have formulated a way to create the best possible body transformation that is also sustainable. We now know the right combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning (as well as basic nutrition and lifestyle changes) is the fastest way to create results. Our strength training programs focus on multi-joint and large muscle group resistance exercises in order to build a lean and athletic look.
Training in an intimate size group allows you to get the same personalized coaching as you would in a traditional one-on-one setting. It also provides a chance to meet new people on the same journey as you, which often creates an added support team.
